Venue

UCLThe Congress will be held at University College London (UCL), Gower Street, London, WC1E 6BT. UCL was founded in 1826 and is the oldest multi-faculty constituent college of the University of London. It is situated at the heart of what has been described as ‘the knowledge capital of the world’. More than 4,000 academic and research staff in 72 departments are dedicated to research and teaching of 19,000 students to the highest standards. It was recently listed as one of the top 10 universities in the world.

Location
The venue is situated within a 10 -15 minute walk of UK mainline stations London Euston, London St Pancras and London Kings Cross. The nearest London Underground stations to the venue are Euston Square (Circle Line, Hammersmith & City Line and Metropolitan Line), Goodge Street (Northern Line) and Euston (Victoria Line and Northern Line). London City Airport is located on the Docklands Light Railway which is connected to the London Underground Network.

Luton Airport Parkway is the nearest railway station to London Luton Airport. There is a free shuttle service that runs regularly from the front of the airport to this station. By Rail

London Kings Cross and London St Pancras Railway Stations (served by London Kings Cross St Pancras London Underground Station – Victoria, Piccadilly, Northern, Circle, Metropolitan and Hammersmith and City lines) and London Euston (Victoria and Northern London Underground Lines) link London with the north of England (Leeds, Manchester, Liverpool, York, Newcastle and Birmingham) and Scotland (Glasgow and Edinburgh). These stations are all within 5-10 minutes walking distance of UCL.

London Paddington Railway Station (Bakerloo, Circle, Hammersmith and City London Underground Lines) links London with South West England (Bristol and Bath) and South Wales (Cardiff and Swansea).

London Liverpool Street Railway Station (Central, Circle, Hammersmith and City and Metrpolitan London Underground Lines) links London with East Anglia and to the East of London (Kent, Essex).

London Waterloo Railway Station (Jubilee, Northern and Bakerloo London Underground lines) and London Victoria Railway Station (Victoria, Circle and District London Underground Lines) link London with the South of England (Brighton, Bournemouth, Portsmouth and Southampton).

By Car

London is accessible from the North by the M6, M1 and A1(M). The venue is situated off Euston Road and is easily accessible by the Westway A40(M). The venue is located within the London Congestion Charge Zone. We advise you not to bring a car to London and because of UCL’s central location, there is little need for a car. Car parking spaces in central London are very limited and therefore expensive.
